3replicate is a performance installation that conceptually explores the theme of authenticity, copy, and original in the contemporary social and informational environment through the means of contemporary dance. In times of digital technologies and mass communication, we increasingly encounter images devoid of authenticity. Copies are created without criteria for truthfulness or requirements for high quality of the original. Choreographer Stanislav Genadiev and the project team conduct an in-depth exploration of the topic, using the movements of three human bodies as a tool in an experimental laboratory. By placing them in a space where time does not exist and does not allow deviation from genetically predetermined evolution, he reaches the authentic matrix from which both the copy and the original are created. The construction of the authentic image turns out to be a complex process that happens from the inside out. It involves self-knowledge, self-acceptance, achieving synergy between the key essential characteristics of a person, and above all, faith in one’s own meaning. Visitors to the event will be able to walk freely among the dancers and closely observe how the artists communicate through their bodies and kinetic intelligence.
