Dance baby, dance is the beginning of a choreographic exploration focused on the relative possibilities and potential relationships that can arise when people come together and dance.

Seen as a choreographic concert with specific paths and internal rules, 6 kinetic/dancing bodies move through various situations—flirtation, mystery, transparency, illogicality, irritability, and other sensitive spaces. The concert is immersed in a party-club atmosphere and sprinkled with contemporary electronic and pop music.

Based on ideas from Zhanna Pencheva’s previous work Six Love Songs, Dance baby, dance is a driver of exposure/revelation, and the music is an instrument to be seen and experienced.
